The PZC approved the Nov. 12 minutes (with a spelling correction), tabled the election of officers until January, recorded alternates being seated, and adjourned at 7:39 p.m.
At the Dec. 10 special meeting the Chaplin Planning and Zoning Commission took the following formal actions:
- Approved the Nov. 12, 2015 meeting minutes after correcting the spelling of "Cesar" in the first paragraph; motion by Helen Weingart, seconded by Alan Burdick; motion carried.
- Tabled the election of officers (chairman, vice-chairman, secretary) until the next regular meeting in January; motion by Helen Weingart, seconded by Randy Godaire; motion carried unanimously.
- Chairman Peter Fiasconaro seated Alternates Cesar Beltran (for Doug Dubitsky) and Ken Fortier (for Eric Beer) for the meeting.
- Moved to adjourn by Cesar Beltran, seconded by Alan Burdick; all members voted in favor and the meeting was adjourned at 7:39 p.m.
