Select Board tells property owners to resolve shared sewer billing after Peru Road lot split

According to the minutes, Ms. Driscoll raised the matter with Lynne in February. The board discussed whether the sewer department requires a separate connection per house or whether one connection can serve two properties, but the Select Board declined to take direct action: members said the Driscolls and Procopios should resolve the matter among themselves.
The minutes do not record a directive to town staff to inspect the connection or to require a new service line; they also do not state whether the town has issued any prior separate bills for 700A/715. The seller said the dispute has delayed his sale efforts.
