At its March 23 meeting the Good Hope City Council voted to enter executive session at 6:50 p.m.; the motion to do so was made by Council Member Taft Dillashaw and seconded by Mayor Jerry Bartlett and carried by unanimous vote. The council returned to regular session at 7:23 p.m.
Following the executive session the council took up Resolution No. 011-2026, a request for an Attorney General opinion concerning a property on County Road 490. Council Member Eric Phillips moved to table the resolution until the next meeting; Susan Eller seconded and the motion passed on a unanimous yea vote. The minutes record the tabling but do not include the substance of the executive-session discussion or the grounds for the request to the Attorney General.
The tabling means no further council action on Resolution No. 011-2026 is recorded in these minutes; the resolution is scheduled for reconsideration at a future council meeting according to the motion to table.
