Mount Kisco ZBA continues 1 Leonard Street application to Nov. 19, warns applicants to appear or reapply

The Mount Kisco Zoning Board of Appeals on Oct. 15, 2024 formally continued a returning application for 1 Leonard Street (ZBA#21-21). Board members said the applicants must appear at the November meeting or face closure of the public hearing and a requirement to reapply.
Ken Goldberg moved to adjourn the public hearing on the returning application to Nov. 19, 2024; George Hoyt seconded. The motion carried by a vote of 5 to 0. The minutes state the board requested staff send the applicants a letter warning that failure to appear at the November meeting would result in the hearing being closed and the need to reapply.
Separately, the board approved the Sept. 17, 2024 meeting minutes earlier in the session (motion introduced by Wayne Spector and seconded by George Hoyt; vote 5–0) and later adjourned the Oct. 15 meeting at 7:35 p.m. (motion by George Hoyt, second by Ken Goldberg; vote 5–0).
