Council approves consent agenda, interlocal agreement with airport authority and final plat for Eaglecrest; bills total $438,612.71

At its July 13 meeting in the Broken Bow Municipal Auditorium, the Broken Bow City Council approved the consent agenda—including the June 22 minutes, Bills to Date and May Treasurer Reports—on a motion by Jacob Holcomb, seconded by Larry Miller. The minutes list vendor payments and payroll items amounting to Total Bills of $438,612.71, including a bi-weekly payroll entry of $72,789.40.
Council then approved an Interlocal Agreement with the Broken Bow Airport Authority for the 2021–2022 budget year on a motion by Chris Myers, seconded by Larry Miller; the minutes record a unanimous vote. The council also approved the final plat for Eaglecrest Preliminary Plat 2011-1, which City Administrator Dan Knoell said had been approved by the Planning Commission on July 7, 2021; that motion was moved by Jacob Holcomb and seconded by Larry Miller and carried unanimously.
City Administrator Dan Knoell also announced the closure of city offices, the Broken Bow Library and all city departments on Wednesday, July 14, 2021, from 12:00 p.m.–5:00 p.m. for City Employee Appreciation. The meeting adjourned at 6:17 p.m.
