The board was told the Board of Finance has already approved the proposed budget, which will now go to the town meeting for a public vote on May 12.
The 2026 Action Plan will be discussed at the board’s June meeting rather than in May. The change frees the board to focus on final budget materials and outreach ahead of the town vote. The minutes list eight trustees present at the April meeting and two members absent.
No amendments to the budget were recorded in the minutes. The board did not record individual roll-call votes in the minutes beyond noting that each motion carried “all in favor.”
