Members of the Otis Planning Board heard updates April 13 that soil testing connected to Terrenovas remains contaminated and discussed long-standing wastewater infrastructure constraints affecting Otis Ridge and other properties.
Ross Knowles reported that Terrenovas is continuing testing and that soil remains contaminated. Board members then discussed the town’s wastewater system: Hal Kobrin said properties such as Otis Ridge are not connected to sewer and noted the system was designed to allow expansion. Mark Anthony suggested consulting the wastewater plant staff to confirm current capacity and needs.
