Joel Lenker told the commission he submitted a full inland wetlands application that included a new A2 survey and a wetlands and water‑course delineation prepared by William Kenny Associates for a proposed 12x6 prefabricated shed at 70 Huntington Town Road. Lenker said the shed would be used for storage related to maintenance of two adjacent properties and that he would not store fuels or other hazardous liquids in the unit.
Commissioners confirmed elevations near the shed (presenter noted the proposed shed elevation was roughly 466 while the nearby pond is at about 458–460), asked whether the shed area had previously flooded and whether the applicant intended to use the structure for equipment storage. Staff and commissioners noted the application package appeared complete for acceptance into a regular hearing and moved to set the application for a regular hearing. The motion carried.
