- Resolution 26-048: Approved an amendment to the communications site lease with Bird Cage Communications LLC to continue WMNR's transmitter use of tower space.

- Appointments and Oaths: The council adopted Resolution 26-045 (appointment to the Commission for the Aging) and Resolution 26-046 (appointment to the Library Board of Trustees) and administered oaths where appointees were present.
