Summary
The committee approved the Feb. 23, 2026 minutes and the quarterly report as amended; both motions were made by Hal and seconded by Jackie and passed unanimously. Stacey will submit the finalized report to Brandi and the selectboard.
The Town of Otis Revitalization Committee approved its February 23, 2026 minutes and a quarterly report during a March 23 meeting at Otis Town Hall.
Hal moved to approve the minutes as amended; Jackie seconded the motion, which the committee approved unanimously. Later in the meeting members thanked Stacey for preparing the quarterly report, proposed one change, and then approved the report as amended. Hal again moved and Jackie seconded; the motion passed unanimously.
Stacey said she will submit the approved quarterly report to Brandi and to the town selectboard. The minutes record members present as Stacey, Cynthia, Hal, Jackie, Glenn (on Zoom) and Susan; Celeste and Tim were absent.
