A board member moved to authorize the advanced notice mailing; the motion was seconded and members voted in favor. The board emphasized the mailing is separate from the statutory warrant distribution and is intended to boost awareness and attendance.
The board asked the committee to provide materials and a glossary of budget terms on the linked webpage well in advance of the meeting to help residents prepare.
