Committee member Trent Roberts moved to approve the agreement as presented; Committee member Stephanie Hodapp seconded the motion. The board carried the motion unanimously.
The meeting was called to order at 7:00 a.m. by President Staci Venteicher. Present by phone were Howard Anderson, Committee member Adam Boswell, Committee member Stephanie Hodapp, Committee member Trent Roberts and Superintendent Chris Fenster. Present in person were President Staci Venteicher, Board Secretary Jodi Lyddon and Athletic Director Allen Naugle.
Earlier in the session, Committee member Trent Roberts moved and Committee member Adam Boswell seconded approval of the meeting agenda; that motion also carried unanimously. Committee member Stephanie Hodapp then moved to adjourn the meeting, seconded by Committee member Trent Roberts; the board adjourned at 7:14 a.m.
