Board members discussed corner trim details and visibility from the street and recommended that, where possible, original wood be preserved or refinished. A motion was made to approve the application with the annotation that the non-historic replacement material had been previously approved and that the property would remain ineligible for a historic plaque; the motion passed without recorded opposition.
