The Sterling Board of Finance voted unanimously April 8 to accept a five-year IT capital project plan that totals $78,200 and budgets $9,400 for year one.
Tracie Adams moved to accept the IT plan as proposed; the motion passed by voice vote (6–0). The board then considered and accepted a B&H quote to cover year-one work under the plan; David Malo moved to accept the bid and the motion passed 6–0.
Treasurer Sara Sleboda told the board that laptops were not included in the B&H quote because laptop prices remain high, and therefore the purchase was not budgeted in year one.
The board recorded the motions and will track implementation through the usual procurement and capital project reporting channels.
