Mayor recognizes Hooplandia champions and library donation; fireworks rescheduled to July 19

The mayor also announced that fireworks originally scheduled required rescheduling and were set for a rain date of July 19, 2024, contingent on state approval and coordination with the pyrotechnic crew.
