Danbury amends CivicPlus agreement to add AudioEye and DocAccess for website accessibility

Gentile moved to amend the CivicPlus agreement to add both AudioEye and DocAccess; D. Garrick, the finance director, seconded and the motion was carried unanimously. The Board’s minutes indicate the additions were approved and the City will proceed with the cited costs and renewal schedule under the CivicPlus agreement.
The amendment is intended to strengthen the City’s website and document accessibility. The minutes do not record implementation details such as timelines for rollout or the contracting mechanism beyond amending the existing CivicPlus agreement.
