Administrators said teacher orientation and goal-setting timelines will be phased to November in year one to align with professional learning schedules.
Board members praised the depth of the committee materials and requested ongoing implementation feedback from teachers; administrators said walkthroughs and early unit feedback will inform any adjustments this year.
