PBCA staff thanked Councilmember Brian for attending a recent PBCA event and described plans to finalize membership and sponsorship details.
Scott (filling in for Denise) reported on Community Heart & Soul activity: the group has raised $91,050 so far, expects roughly $75,000–$100,000 in current commitments and is preparing a sponsorship package to present at an October meeting. Scott also noted collaboration with Parks & Recreation on a proposed dog park and recent endowment photo ops with local banks.
Council thanked both organizations and asked staff to stay engaged as project proposals proceed.
