Peosta — The Peosta City Council on an omnibus set of actions approved two pay estimates for the Kelly Oaks Park pavilion project, appointed a representative to the county fire board and adopted a resolution that establishes vendor credit‑card pass‑through fees and a permit fee tied to a new ordinance authorizing laying hens.

Council approved Resolution 2026‑18 (pay estimate number two) and Resolution 2026‑09 (pay estimate number three) for the pavilion contractor after staff and engineering said they had reviewed the pay requests.
