The committee discussed interview scheduling for the week of March 2. Under the contingency plan, interviews set for Tuesday, March 3 would be rescheduled to Wednesday, March 4 at the same location and time; interviews set for Thursday, March 5 would be rescheduled to Friday, March 6 at the same location and time. Committee member Miriam Morrissey was assigned to confirm availability of the Town Hall Auditorium, and Zachary Machold was assigned to notify finalist firms about the contingency plan.
Morrissey moved that the members present enter executive session; Timothy Lee seconded. The motion passed unanimously, 6-0. The minutes record that the executive session covered committee member resignations and committee member nominations and that the committee exited executive session at 2:07 PM.
