Finance committee asks staff to return Lean Six Sigma cost proposal for FY 2025/26 budgeting

The Hidden Valley Lake Community Services District Finance Committee on Nov. 12 directed staff to develop and present a cost proposal for budgeting Lean Six Sigma in the FY 2025/26 budget.
During discussion the committee identified process-improvement budgeting as an item to consider for next year’s budget and asked staff to return with cost estimates at the December Finance Committee meeting. The minutes do not specify an estimated cost or scope for the Lean Six Sigma work; those details are to be provided by staff in the follow-up report.
Next steps: staff will prepare a cost proposal and return to the Finance Committee in December.
