Committee attendance, recorded in the minutes, included voting members Brian Bonneau, John Keithan, Jason LeBlanc and Steve Wygonowski. Town staff present were Lou Spina, director of public works; Jon Harriman, town engineer; and Kevin McKnight of the building department. The minutes state that the roof was not inspected because of ice and snow and that a follow-up visit will be scheduled.
Members and staff reported that the building is well kept and that no issues were observed during the walkthrough of the mechanical systems and interior spaces. The minutes do not record technical measurements, specific system deficiencies, or estimated repair costs. The record notes only that the roof inspection was deferred due to hazardous conditions.
