Parks & Recreation budget presented as boards review capital requests at joint Chester meeting

At a joint meeting Feb. 18, 2026, the Town of Chester Board of Selectmen and Board of Finance heard a presentation of the Parks & Recreation operating and capital budget from Aaron Page and conducted a review of capital requests submitted by all town departments.
