Staff also reported the advisory committee will hold an additional meeting to ensure compliance with open‑meeting rules because a prior Friday session occurred after building closures.
Board members raised concerns about how much regulatory authority the board would delegate to the Board of Health (inspection, fee‑setting, and regulation adoption) should the bylaw pass; some members indicated they would prefer retaining select board approval for certain regulations. The committee will incorporate board questions and return with a final draft and committee vote ahead of the warrant deadline.
