Planning staff (Dan) said the 0 State Road applicant requested a continuance to the July 13, 2026 meeting to address outstanding DPW comments and complete a conservation commission peer review and conservation filing. The board voted to continue the public hearing to July 13 at 7:00 p.m.; the motion carried unanimously.
Dan said he will invite the DPW director—named in the record as "Timothy Barbara" and elsewhere referred to as "Mr. Barber"—to brief the board on a treatment-plant study that may affect future zoning. Dan said he would attempt to schedule that briefing for July 27 at 7:00 p.m. and would confirm availability.
On administrative items, the board approved and filed minutes from April 27, 2026 (motion passed; Margaret abstained) and acknowledged correspondence from the city of Fall River and the Russell Mills historic district (motion passed; Margaret abstained). Staff also reported two Zoning Board of Appeals decisions on file (ZAV 26-1 and ZAV 26-4); no board action was requested.
The board closed the meeting after brief remarks about the quick pace of the agenda and confirmed the next regular meeting for July 13, 2026 at 7:00 p.m.
