Towhee Trail special permit hearing continued to April 13

At the March 9, 2026 Planning Board meeting applicant Matt SK asked the board to continue the public hearing on the Towhee Trail special permit to the April meeting to allow re‑evaluation and modification of the design. "After discussing with the property owner we will be re evaluating the design and modifying the plans," Matt said.
Hal Kobrin moved to continue the hearing to the April 13, 2026 meeting; Gordon Middleton seconded and the board approved the continuance unanimously. The hearing will resume on April 13, 2026 for further consideration of the special permit application.
