Hal Kobrin and Mark Anthony contrasted BRPC with other bidders (Inspire and Imeg), saying those firms' prior examples focused on larger towns and cities and that BRPC better understood small Berkshire communities. Ross Knowles raised a concern that consultants from outside the region might propose ideas that do not fit local conditions.
