City Administrator Dan Knoell noted the Planning Commission had recommended approval of the Eaglecrest final plat at its July 7 meeting. Councilmember Jacob Holcomb moved to approve the final plat; Larry Miller seconded and the motion passed unanimously.
Councilmember Chris Myers moved and Larry Miller seconded approval of an interlocal agreement between the city and the Broken Bow Airport Authority for the coming budget year; that motion also carried on unanimous roll call. The consent agenda — which included the minutes from June 22, bills to date and the May treasurer reports — was approved earlier in the meeting by motion of Jacob Holcomb and second of Larry Miller.
The bills list recorded vendor and payroll payments across departments; the meeting minutes show a total of $438,612.71 in expenditures approved. The council adjourned at 6:17 p.m.
