Greg Barker addressed the council and said he felt he had met the council’s requirements. Council President Jacob Holcomb advised Barker and Knoell to meet at the property with the Broken Bow Police Department to discuss necessary procedures to make the property safe. After discussion, Councilmember David Schmidt moved and Jacob Holcomb seconded to postpone taking action on the nuisance property until Tuesday, Oct. 12, 2021. The roll call vote was unanimous and the motion carried.
