New London School District finance committee approves April minutes, line-item transfers

Committee Chair Elaine Maynard-Adams called the meeting to order at 6:01 p.m. The committee—Maynard-Adams, Committee Member Alisha Blake and Committee Member Susan Hambey—voted 3-0 on both motions. Ms. Blake moved to approve the April 29 minutes; Ms. Hambey seconded the motion, which carried 3-0. Later, after a review by Chief Financial Officer Rob Funk, Ms. Blake moved to approve the line-item transfers and Ms. Maynard-Adams seconded; that motion also carried 3-0.
Rob Funk reviewed the Monthly Financial Report for the committee and said the fuller report is available upon request. The minutes record that the line-item transfers were discussed and approved; specific dollar amounts or account details were not included in the committee summary and are available in the full reports referenced by staff.
