Madeline Dahlheimer of Bolton & Menk provided an update on the Highway 96 Study at the Dellwood City Council meeting on March 10.
Dahlheimer reviewed the study's background and the draft recommendations and said the county will produce a draft phasing plan because Washington County has included many initial improvements for Highway 96 in its 2028 capital improvement program (CIP). She outlined next steps: closing out the study, making information available online and holding another neighborhood open house to collect community feedback.
No formal action or vote was taken on the study at the meeting; the presentation was informational and intended to keep the council and residents apprised of the county planning process and the anticipated timeline for initial project work.
