Select Board, Capital Expenditures Committee and the Appropriation Committee unanimously recommended approval. Town meeting carried the article (169 yes, 2 no, 1 abstain). The department said any unspent funds will be returned when the funds are no longer needed, and the appropriation remains available until expended.
