The Pittsburg County Board approved a software and service agreement June 22 between KellPro, Inc. and the county clerk for FY 2026–2027 at a cost of $45,216.
Meeting records and the signed agreement list a bundle of services including endpoint protection, backup and recovery, land recording public access users, and other hosted services. Ross Selman moved to approve the KellPro agreement; the motion was seconded and passed unanimously.
The contract language states software licensing and annual support are included in the fee. The county clerk’s office will administer the agreement and make payments per the county’s fiscal procedures.
