On a motion by Councilmember Dean, seconded by Councilmember Muncey, the council approved accounts payable totaling $109,780.29 by unanimous roll call vote. The consent agenda—which included regular meeting minutes (Sept. 23), special meeting minutes (Sept. 26), and the appointment of Keith Walker and Dave Ignasiak to the Tri-Community Wildlife Management Committee—was discussed and approved after the council isolated the special meeting minutes for a date correction. Mayor Pro-Tem Baldwin raised a date error in the special minutes related to Councilmember White’s resignation; the council then approved the special meeting minutes contingent on correcting that error.
Clerk Jamie Wolters asked for clarification about the resignation date recorded in the special meeting minutes; the council discussed the correction and ultimately approved the minutes via roll call vote. The minutes record that Attorney Chris Patterson advised pulling the special meeting minutes from the consent agenda for discussion before approval.
The council’s meeting minutes do not record any dissenting votes on these items.
