Shelby council accepts Brockhoff’s $2,000 snow-plow bid in brief special session

Mayor Pro-tem Pat Honeywell opened the meeting at 2:00 p.m. and led a roll call that recorded Council members Todd Frank and Jackie Hursey as present; Tanner Stevens was also noted as present. Honeywell moved to approve the day’s agenda; Jackie Hursey seconded the motion. The council voted by roll call and all present voted aye, carrying the motion.
During the approved agenda, Council member Todd Frank moved to accept the bid from Brockhoff of $2,000 for a snow plow; Jackie Hursey seconded. The council again voted by roll call; all members present voted in favor and the motion carried. No conflicts of interest were declared when Mayor Pro-tem Honeywell asked the council.
The meeting concluded at 2:05 p.m. The minutes were signed by Mayor Pro-tem Pat Honeywell and City Clerk Chris Martin.
