City Administrator and Utility Director Jeff Mitchell presented the proposed Chain of Command / Organizational Structure. Committee members reviewed the document and expressed support. Committee Member Casen Coleman moved to approve the updated structure and forward it to the City Council; Committee Member Jessica Carpenter seconded. The motion passed unanimously, 7-0.
In "Other Business," committee members briefly discussed the broader administrative transition and potential cost savings from combining the Administrator position, praising department performance during the transition. Committee Member Clark Duckett then moved to adjourn the meeting at 4:31 p.m.; Committee Member Jessica Carpenter seconded and the motion passed 7-0.
