EXETER, Calif. โ The Exeter City Council voted unanimously on May 26 to reject all bids submitted in response to Request for Bids No. 26-01 for the 2026 Reclamite Project and authorized staff to reissue the solicitation.
Public Works Director Zachary Boudreaux presented the report on the RFB. Following the presentation the mayor opened the item for public comment; no members of the public spoke.
The council approved a motion to reject all bids and directed staff to reissue RFB No. 26-01 so the city can solicit new bids for the Reclamite pavement treatment project. The motion passed on a 5-0 roll call.
No additional conditions or award recommendations were made during the meeting. The reissuance gives staff authority to restart the procurement process and seek new bids for the project.
