The plan also calls for additional summer planning, updated handbooks, and clearer communications to families. Staff committed to publish details on the district website and distribute the approved plan via weekly emails and parent meetings; administrators said more granular practice and event schedules would be published in early August to assist families with transportation and extracurricular planning.
