Peck Community School District leaders report on operations, special education and student activities

Superintendent Bill Kerr told the Peck Community School District Board of Education at its March 19, 2026 meeting that he would cover business updates, maintenance and transportation items, district updates and recognitions during the session.
High School Principal Leann Kerr reported on special education updates, described the Career Pipeline Health Program and announced STRIPES nominees Harmony Bell and Jacqueline Densmore. Elementary Principal Gerald Pathic said Literacy Night went well, summarized Reading Month activities, listed planned field trips, discussed Battle of the Books participation and noted guest-reader events and other upcoming elementary school activities.
The minutes also record that the board toured Larissa Grout’s special education classroom at the elementary school and had a meal provided by Chartwells prior to the meeting. There was no public comment recorded and no correspondence reported.
The board scheduled its next meeting for Thursday, April 16, 2026, at 6:00 p.m.
