Selectboard approves Countryside Phase 3 surety and Final 2025 Warrant #53
Summary

At the close of its Jan. 12 budget hearing the Brookline Selectboard took two formal votes.
Jerry Roche moved to approve $110,000 for a bond or other surety for Countryside Phase 3, with the type of surety to be in a form acceptable to Town Counsel; the motion, seconded by Brian Rater, passed 4–0.
Later the board considered Final 2025 Warrant #53, totaling $170,001.12. Brian Rater moved approval; Jerry Roche seconded and the motion passed 4–0.
Both approvals were recorded before the board recessed the public hearing until Jan. 13 at 6:30 p.m.
