Village of Pigeon council approves $158,110 paving contract for event-center parking lot and accepts $157,393.97 in bills

Police Chief Adam Csanyi presented highlights from the department's monthly activities, and DPW Superintendent Thomas Buschlen reported on department operations; the minutes record that both reports were given but do not list incident counts or budgets.
