Pigeon council approves street patching, adopts MDOT maintenance contract through 2029

Council also approved a resolution adopting Michigan Department of Transportation Maintenance Contract No. 2024‑0379, covering Oct. 1, 2024, through Sept. 30, 2029. Trustee Kent Shetler moved adoption and Trustee Michael Wehner seconded; the motion carried unanimously.
Both approvals were presented as operational maintenance decisions; the contract resolution was accepted as presented and will govern MDOT maintenance responsibilities for the specified contract period.
