Separately, Village Manager Faulkner said an easement request from AT&T would allow a fiber-optic line to be run to Drier’s and that he has permission to grant the easement pending the formal application and proof of insurance; he noted the Village expects multiple providers (Surf Internet, AT&T and Comcast) to be active in the area. Faulkner said he would follow up with the application and insurance requirements and that no immediate action was required by the committee.
