PSGRC General Manager Eric Long reported that one existing unit recorded about 800 varied speeding violations over a three‑week period and suggested moving the unit 20–30 yards to improve detection; purchasing poles from Paramount Asphalt was estimated at about $1,200 each.
The board approved the AV‑Tech estimates on a motion by Bob Schultz, seconded by Kurt Blumenthal, with all members voting in favor. Trustees discussed the possibility of the HOA or PSGRC assuming recurring cloud‑service costs and offsetting them with revenue from covenant traffic fines.
