The River Ridge Community Development District Board of Supervisors on Nov. 19 unanimously adopted Resolution 2025-02 to elect and confirm its officers and administered the oath of office to three newly elected supervisors.
Mrs. Adams, a state notary, administered the oath to Kurt Blumenthal (Seat 3), Terry Mountford (Seat 4) and Robert Twombly (Seat 5). At the meeting Mr. Mountford nominated Bob Schultz as chair and other nominees named at the meeting were confirmed by voice vote; prior appointments including Chesley “Chuck” Adams as secretary and Craig Wrathell as treasurer were left unchanged.
Board members discussed the requirement to complete four hours of ethics training and to file Form 1 and Form 8B where applicable; staff added the training deadline to the Key Activity Dates list. No public comments were recorded during the agenda item.
The board took the action on Resolution 2025-02 on a motion by Terry Mountford, seconded by Kurt Blumenthal; the motion passed with all members present voting in favor. The board’s next meeting is scheduled for Dec. 10, 2024, at 1 p.m.
