• Policies & Procedures Manual update (reflect new council members; add double-time pay procedure for non-salaried workers on designated holidays, effective Dec. 1, 2024) — Motion by Councilmember Ted Quisenberry; supported by Councilmember Erica Jones. VOTE: All Aye. MOTION CARRIED 7-0 (SEG 020).
• Resolution to recoup the West Alley sanitary sewer repair cost ($194,024.54) through sewer billing (eight quarterly payments of $44.00 per quarter per REU beginning Feb. 2025) — Motion by Councilmember Al Avery; supported by Councilmember Gary Casey.
