The extension keeps current rates unchanged; members said a full year of expense tracking will allow more informed future decisions.
IT and painting contracts: The council authorized VC3 to install and configure four new office workstations at a total cost stated in the meeting as $2,100, and approved a low bid of $7,610 from M&M Pavement Markings to refresh lane markings including center and turn lanes. Both items passed on roll call.
Why it matters: These actions authorize routine maintenance and administrative work that the village says is needed for road safety, parcel clarity for property owners, continuity of sewer/sanitary operations and basic IT function. Several measures were presented as low-cost or interim steps while staff continues research on larger policy items.
