Officials described budget uncertainty tied to maintaining current staffing levels, and said any changes tied to improved salary schedules would be informed by ongoing negotiations and the district's financial position.
No formal changes were adopted at the meeting; administrators said updated schedules and any negotiated increases would be reflected after contracts are finalized.
