Westbrook Retirement Board reviews USI portfolio report and approves prior minutes

At its May 12 meeting the Westbrook Retirement Board reviewed a USI investment report that recommended no changes to the plan, unanimously approved the Feb. 17 minutes and adjourned after a brief session.
The Westbrook Retirement Board met May 12 at the Mulvey Municipal Center and via Zoom and reviewed an investment report from USI during a brief regular meeting.
Joe DeRosa of USI reviewed the report, which had been forwarded to board members and was screen shared. DeRosa answered board questions and reported that “the Plan is doing well,” and recommended no changes to the retirement plan. The board did not take any policy or investment changes following the review.
Earlier in the meeting the board unanimously approved the minutes of the Feb. 17, 2026 meeting on a motion that was made and duly seconded. There was no public input recorded. The meeting was adjourned at 6:28 p.m.
