Whately CPC notes MDAR referral of Olszewski APR; application due in December

Chair Alan Sanderson Jr. briefed the Committee on the Olszewski APR proposal for a parcel on River Road and said the Massachusetts Department of Agricultural Resources (MDAR) had sent the matter to the Selectboard instead of the Agricultural Commission.
Alan said the Committee is now aware of the Community Preservation Committee funding cycle and that an application will have to be submitted in December for consideration at town meeting in June.
No formal motion or vote on the Olszewski APR proposal is recorded in the minutes; the segment is an informational update to the Committee.
